Welcome to the Modified Vehicles Scheme web site

This site is a community service providing a marketplace for those interested in buying and selling vehicles or mobility aids that have been specially modified to cater for the transportation needs of people with disabilities. At present this is an Australian wide initiative funded by Australian sponsors. This sponsorship enables us to keep this website updated and is FREE to list vehicles and register as either buyer or seller.

Site visitors are able to view listings that are available for sale. If they want to buy a vehicle or mobility aid then they should register via the web, and log in to the system before being able to access facilities contained in this site. Upon registration, visitors will receive an email confirming the registration and providing a password. Registered members can change the password at any time after the first successful login.

Registered buyers can peruse vehicles for sale listings and are able to contact sellers direct to obtain more information or to negotiate purchase a vehicle. Registered buyers also have the option to "subscribe" to certain listing categories and will be notified by email if a new listing becomes available in that vehicle category.
